Non-Profit Organization

Friends of Harriton Crew (FHC) is the parent group created to provide additional financial help for Harriton Crew. Lower Merion School District pays many of the necessary expenses of the team during the crew season but does not fully fund the program.

Friends of Harriton Crew was incorporated in 1979 as a non-profit organization and was granted federal tax-exempt status in 2006. 

Friends of Harriton Crew, Ltd. EIN 41-2192899 is tax exempt under section 501(c) (3) and further classified as a public charity 509 (a) (2). 

Contributions other than FHC membership dues are tax-deductible.  
Dues, grants and donations are the main sources of income for FHC each crew season.

Friends of Harriton Crew accepts donations online or by check.
